Online Payments:

There will be a service fee of 2.95% or a minimum of $1.95 for using this system with a credit card. A fee of $1.50 will be charged if paying by E-Check. If paying using a Debit Card, the fee is $3.95. This fee is not charged nor collected by Texas County, Oklahoma, but by the payment processor (Forte). Should you have any questions regarding your bill, please call our office.

Duties of the County Treasurer:

• Accepts all deposits under guidelines set out in Oklahoma statutes
• Collects and apportions all ad valorem taxes for the county and its subdivisions
• Serves as the financial officer for county government
• Prepares financial statements and financial records for review by state and county officials
• Enforces the collection of delinquent taxes through tax sales
• Undergoes at least two audits annually by the State Auditor and Inspector
