Some aspects of the job include manual labor to preserve, repair, and improve roads and highways by tasks such as grading, patching potholes, mowing, clearing debris, and removing snow. This role involves operating and maintaining heavy machinery, complying with safety policies, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Essential skills include physical fitness, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to use hand and power tools. CDL preferred but not required.
